But the fact is that not every business idea is good for you personally just because someone shows you the checks they did online.

This “hard sell” of hope is nothing new. In fact, I remember my teenage years being sucked into a local ad where you could easily earn thousands of dollars a week in your spare time.

Hey, sounds great to a 17 year old looking for some extra cash.

And sure enough, I go to a meeting where you’re sitting on a dog and pony show and the presenter shows you his real wages! Thousands of dollars a week for doing a little work.

Today…this same “marketing and sales” process is prevalent all over the internet. A lot of money. Easy job.

“If you have a heartbeat, you can make millions with this simple, step-by-step system.”

He also poses a question to these so-called gurus…

“Why don’t you do it anymore if it’s so easy and profitable?”

Because it’s a lot easier to tell other people how to do it then to do it yourself.

Now, negativity aside, some business ideas are legit and may be a great fit for you. There is information out there that is great, helpful and educational. From tutorials that run in the thousands to simple $29 ebooks that give you enough information to put you one step ahead of the competition.

But just be careful and make sure you understand what you’re getting and who it’s coming from. And beyond the information, make sure the business idea is right for you, your personality and your goals.
