3 Day Diet to Lose 10 Pounds

  3. Dinner: Take two slices or about three ounces of any kind of lean meat. One cup of beets, one cup of kidney beans, one apple (a small one), and one cup of vanilla ice cream (regular size).

For the second day

  1. Breakfast: Have an egg, half a banana, a slice of toast and a cup of black tea or black coffee.
  2. Lunch: Have half a cup of tuna or cottage cheese and five numbers of regular salt crackers.
  3. Dinner: Have two slices of beef, one cup of kale or broccoli, half a banana, half a cup of carrots, and half a cup of vanilla ice cream (regular size).

For the third day

  1. Breakfast: Have a cup of black tea or black coffee, five pieces of regular saltine crackers, an apple and an ounce of cheddar cheese.
  2. Lunch: Have a cup of black tea or black coffee, a boiled egg, a slice of toast.
  3. Dinner: Have one cup of tuna, one cup of cauliflower, one cup of carrots, one cup of cantaloupe, and half a cup of regular vanilla ice cream.

Dieters consuming the 3-day diet, along with the prescribed foods, consume more than 9 glasses of water or any other non-caloric beverage. No substitutes for any type of food can be used in this diet. Condiments and fragrances are not allowed. However, one can include salt and pepper according to taste.

  • If you are on a scheduled regular exercise routine, you should keep your exercise to a minimum as you will experience lower energy levels. And that can throw you out of whack, and getting back into your normal routine can be difficult.
