If you want to reduce your waist size with one exercise, this is the best one you can do. It’s called “vacuum pose.”
What you’re doing is sucking your belly button (this is an important distinction since most belly suckers suck in their upper abdominal area). So suck your navel as much as possible and hold it in this position for 15-60 seconds. The more the better.
After that, rest and repeat.
Repeat this for a total of 5 minutes each day. My clients have lost an average of about 1.75 inches off their waist in less than a month doing this exercise. I even have some overly ambitious clients who do this for 15-20 minutes a day and lose an average of just under 3 inches off their waist.
You don’t have to do all 5 minutes in a row. You can do this exercise whenever you want. Just make sure you do a total of 5 minutes each day.
