Malt drinks like Choco Malt, Malto Vitaa, Champion, Choco Vita etc. are excellent sources for healthy living.
Once the baby reaches the age of 5 to 6 months, the weaning process takes place. The mother will gradually replace or supplement other food sources with breast milk. Usually mothers feed with formula or mashed banana and sometimes mashed rice with boiled lentils. It is wise to give your baby a specially prepared weaning diet mixed with fruits, vegetables and various legumes. In other words, the kit should be a reasonable mix of proteins – easy to digest and promote rapid growth, carbohydrates – acts as an energy booster, vitamins, calcium and phosphorus for strong teeth and bones, iron and zinc for abundant blood formation. Eating sugar in the form of ice cream or candy is okay once in a while, but not all the time. Instead, you can replace them with natural sugar available in dates, grapes, homemade honey, maple syrup, etc.
