It’s actually the new things we do that make the biggest difference. Things we don’t usually do. I plan. Camp [with your 5 year old son]. Sky Dive. Picnic with your family. Visit an opera house. Journey. Etc.

Most of the time, we do new things because we are inspired.

And then… in the end, we are inspired by the people and things that inspire them.

So, it’s kind of double acting. We are inspired by people to be inspired to be an inspiration to others.

That’s the beauty of life. People need people.

If you had to do one thing today that would add to your life and maybe inspire someone else, what would it be?

This is where I am right now in my life. After 27 years, I realize that in order to live life, I have to start doing things. And it’s not that hard. We are all inspired on a constant basis. Some more than others. But when we are, let’s use it to live life. Just do it.

I get a lot of inspiration from good movies. Something lights up inside me. Even if it is only a fraction of my existence, then at least I have lived for that time. But it usually doesn’t last for just a fraction. It lasts much longer. And that’s the great part of doing things. The results it has in your life usually exceed the time it took you to do it. However, it does not remain only with action and result. Does it tend to jump into the next big “thing” you’re going to do?

So what inspires you? Look for these sources and just do something. It’s almost impossible to be inspired and not do something. This is the whole point of inspiration. It leads you to do something without having to go through all the feelings of not feeling that way.

To live the life. May you be inspired. And may you be an inspiration to others.
